For privacy questions or requests, contact support@nebular.tv.

Scope

This policy applies to the public Nebular Streams Website. It does not govern Nebular products, hosted applications or customer services that have their own privacy terms or are covered by a separate commercial agreement.

Information we process

The Website is designed to collect as little personal information as reasonably possible.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party tracking cookies on the Website.

When you visit the Website, the infrastructure used to deliver and secure it may process ordinary technical request information, such as your IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested pages, timestamps and similar network or security data. This information may appear in server or security logs.

The Website may store limited preferences locally in your browser, such as display preferences and whether you have acknowledged our storage notice. This browser storage is described in our Cookies and Local Storage Policy.

If you contact Nebular by email or another method, we process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, message and any information included in your correspondence.

Why we process information

Where applicable, we process personal information to deliver, operate and secure the Website; diagnose technical or security problems and prevent abuse; respond to enquiries; pursue or respond to potential business relationships when you contact us for that purpose; comply with legal obligations; and protect our legal rights.

Where Nebular acts as controller, processing is based as appropriate on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Website and communicating with visitors and business contacts, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, or compliance with legal obligations.

Cookies and browser storage

The Website does not currently use analytics, advertising, functional or third-party cookies.

Limited information may be stored in your browser using localStorage for Website preferences and storage-policy acknowledgement. This information remains on your device and is used locally by the Website to provide the relevant preference.

For details, see our Cookies and Local Storage Policy.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or trade personal information and do not use Website visitor information for advertising profiles.

Information may be processed by service providers that supply infrastructure necessary to host, deliver, maintain or secure the Website, subject to appropriate contractual or legal obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, infrastructure or users.

International transfers

Where personal information is processed outside the European Economic Area, we use transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

Retention

Technical and security information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operation, security, troubleshooting and applicable legal requirements.

Correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, maintain relevant business records, establish or defend legal claims, or satisfy legal obligations.

When personal information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it, subject to reasonable backup cycles and legal retention requirements.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your data-protection rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access personal information concerning you; correct inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion or restriction of processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; receive portable information where data portability applies; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, contact support@nebular.tv. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) or, where applicable, another competent supervisory authority.
